We Never Talk Like We Used To

This is one of the larger acrylic paintings I have done. It examines the phenomenon of cell phones, and asks us to consider if all our communication technology does, in fact, produce more authentic communication, or less.

Two brothers who are friends of mine from Canada posed for it. The one on the right is Christopher John, lead guitarist/singer for the popular folk-rock band, Stabilo.
